These resources provide cross-references between the Methodist hymn book Singing the Faith and a number of other hymn books, and are available for ArtServe members to download. There are two sets of cross-references, both produced by ArtServe members.

Singing the Faith is included in HymnQuest, the hymn database produced by the Pratt Green Trust and published by Stainer & Bell. HymnQuest enables comprehensive searching and cross-referencing of hymns. Nevertheless, worship leaders and musicians will find these cross-references valuable for the way they give an overview of whole books, whereas HymnQuest can only cross-reference one hymn at a time.

Paul McDowell has cross-referenced the content of Singing the Faith (the Methodist Church hymn book), Hymns and Psalms, Songs of Fellowship (vols 1-4), and New Hymns and Worship Songs (Kevin Mayhew, 1996). Each book is cross-referenced to the other three, covering only the content of Singing the Faith. The cross-references are available both as individual PDFs and as a spreadsheet workbook.

There is also a cross-reference in StF first line order, based on the StF/HP cross-reference provided by Singing the Faith Plus (which Paul acknowledges with thanks). Additional cross references to NHWS and SOF, and indications of differences between books are Paul's own.

It includes all the content of all the books concerned and is available both as a PDF and as a spreadsheet.
