ArtServe are keen to share ideas and one way we do this is through in-person sessions. If you have an idea, the space and willing volunteers at your church to host an ArtServe event we would like to hear from you. Once confirmed the details will appear here.

All you need to do is just send us a short outline by email. Nothing too formal — we mainly need enough information to see what’s possible.

Please email events@artserve.org.uk with a brief proposal that includes:

• Basic church details, including whether Wi‑Fi is available 
• Accessibility information (for example step‑free access, accessible toilets, etc.
• Parking and travel details, including nearby public transport or bus stops.
• Confirmation that there will be people happy to help with refreshments, room set‑up, and general support on the day.
• A preferred time of year (please avoid September, as it’s very close to the Festival).
• Information about rooms, tech and audio, and what support would be available on the day (including outdoor or garden space if relevant).
• How you’d plan to promote the event locally to help attract a good number of people. We can help design a poster, but printing and distribution would be your responsibility.
• Any constraints we should be aware of, such as regular groups already using the church on Saturdays
