ArtServe is a company limited by guarantee and and such is governed by a board of directors. The company secretary is a not a director but attends board meetings.

A number of officers are appointed by the board to be responsible for specific operational aspects of the organisation.

In addition to the formal appointments, a number of ArtServe members are contributing to the Service Delivery Groups which are working to create a thriving and effective organisation.

Last, and of course not least, all members of ArtServe can contribute to our success. They do this by letting us have their ideas and suggestions; by sharing their personal experiences in the form of contributions to the website; by notifying us of events which may be of interest to other members; by attending our conferences and training days; and by their financial contributions.
