Important information
The departure point, Plymouth (Barbican) Landing Stage is indicated on this map of Methodist Conference sites.
Please arrive on time, and phone 07713 877417 if you are running late. The boat has a bar, WCs and both indoor and outdoor seating areas. It does not make intermediate stops, and the exact time of return cannot be guaranteed. We will try to link up people wanting to share taxis back to the hotel area at the end of the trip.
Dress sensibly for the weather, remembering that on deck it may be cold after nightfall. While the boat is reasonably accessible, if you have a disability or food restriction we suggest contact before booking for more detailed advice. You are responsible for looking after possessions you bring on board, and for behaving with due care for the safety of others. Anyone aged 16 or under must be with an adult who takes responsibility for them.
Booking conditions
If you cancel before 22 June we will refund the ticket price minus a £2 administration charge. No refunds can be given for cancellation after 22 June, or for non-attendance, but you may reassign your ticket to someone else if you give us their details before departure.
If circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, mean the trip cannot take place, we will use our best efforts to arrange a venue on shore and supper of similar quality, and to inform you via this website and the phone and email you have provided. If you book for other people, you must give us their name and either give us a phone number on which they are contactable between 1 July and 3 July, or take responsibility for informing them yourself of any late changes or instructions we send you.
To be able to book online you must supply an email address and we will use this to send you our monthly email newsletter. You can subsequently unsubscribe at any time. Any phone numbers you give us will not be retained after the event.
