This page is for existing members and gives details of how you can pay your subscription. If you aren't a member yet, please go to becoming a member for details of how to join.
ArtServe's full annual subscription is £25.00 with a concessionary rate of £15 available to personal members (it is your choice which rate to pay). The subscription year runs from 1st September to 31 August. For further information please read subscription FAQs.
Please make sure you quote your membership reference when making any payment. This is particularly important for identifying payments via online banking. Your reference appears on all personalised communications. You can check your membership reference by logging in and going to the online payment form or by emailing ArtServe membership.
Paying online
For many members online payment will be the quickest and most convenient method. You must log in first. Simply select your subscription rate, enter any additional donation you may wish to make, then pay by debit or credit card or by using your PayPal account if you have one. Please note that PayPal deducts an administration fee from all payments.

Paying by standing order
We encourage payment by standing order. You can make annual or monthly payments (but annual payments are easier to administer). We are unable to offer direct debit facilities. If you set up a standing order via online banking, please email ArtServe membership to confirm the amount, date and frequency of payments. See below for our bank details.

Paying by cheque
Please make cheques payable to ArtServe and send to ArtServe membership, 51 Blakehall Road, Carshalton, SM5 3EZ. It is sufficient to write your membership reference on the back of the cheque, otherwise please give enough information for us to identify you correctly!

If you use online banking to make a one-off payment or to set up a standing order, please quote the following details:

Please quote your membership ArtServe so that it appears on ArtServe's bank statement.
The membership reference is important for identification and to ensure payments are correctly allocated for Gift Aid purposes. If you don't know what it is please email ArtServe membership and ask for it before instructing your bank.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer and you haven't already signed an ArtServe Gift Aid declaration, please consider doing so. You can make your declaration online or by signing a paper form. Either way, it will be an enduring declaration which covers all future donations. Please make sure you understand the conditions stated on the form. You can cancel this enduring declaration at any time, for example if you cease to be a taxpayer.
