David Grimwood is ArtServe's Business Development Officer: this part-time salaried post was created to lead Artserve's development and expansion.
David writes: "As ArtServe's first Business Development Officer, I am looking forward to working with you to encourage creative transforming worship throughout the church. I have been a parish priest for twenty years, in Newcastle upon Tyne then near Southampton. More recently I worked for the two Church of England dioceses in Kent (Canterbury and Rochester) as chief executive of Church in Society promoting social justice and community ministry. Early in 2009 I set up a new company Zedakah, to support faith-based organisations and churches in strengthening their values, resources and impact.
I am pleased to offer my experience of the arts in worship, delivering innovative ideas, and working alongside a wide range of people, to build ArtServe into a significant resource for expressing Christian life in all its fullness.
